Based in Northern Ireland, we offer next-day delivery to UK mainland addresses and 1–2 day delivery across the island of Ireland — faster than any mainland-based competitor can match for Irish customers. No customs, no delays, no cross-border complications within the Common Travel Area.

UK & Ireland: Bank Transfer or Crypto

UK and Ireland customers can pay by bank transfer (Revolut) or cryptocurrency. Bank transfers typically clear in 1–2 business days. Crypto payments are instant and receive an automatic 5% discount.

International: Cryptocurrency Only

We ship worldwide — but international orders are cryptocurrency only. This ensures instant settlement with no cross-border banking delays. International bank transfers are not accepted.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. No external markings indicate the contents. Products are vacuum-sealed where appropriate and packed with temperature considerations for peptide stability.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are dispatched same-day. Orders received after this time ship the following business day. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importing research chemicals complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Big Star Peptides is not liable for packages detained, seized, or delayed by customs authorities. No refunds on customs seizures. We will provide supporting documentation upon request to assist with customs clearance.

Storage During Transit & After Receipt

Lyophilized powder (dry form): Stable at ambient temperatures during transit. For long-term storage, store at less than 0°C.

Once constituted (reconstituted with bacteriostatic water): Store at 2–8°C (refrigerated). Do not freeze constituted solutions.
