How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a valid email address and shipping details. Select your preferred payment method — cryptocurrency (instant processing) or bank transfer (1-2 business days).
What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Tether (USDT), and UK bank transfer. Cryptocurrency orders receive an automatic 5% discount.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order value for crypto payments. Bank transfers have a £50 minimum.

What purity are your products?
All products are ≥98% purity verified by HPLC analysis. Each batch is independently tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available upon request. Purity information is displayed on each product page.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products sold by Bigstar Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or diagnostic procedures. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher using these compounds for in-vitro research.
How should I store these products?
Lyophilized powder: store at less than 0°C for long-term storage. Once constituted with bacteriostatic water: store at 2–8°C (refrigerated). Do not freeze constituted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of lyophilized powder.
Shipping
How is shipping handled?
All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Orders placed before 2pm GMT ship same-day. We provide tracked shipping on all orders. Domestic (UK) delivery typically takes 1-3 days. International delivery varies by destination.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to verify that importing research chemicals is legal in your jurisdiction. Bigstar Peptides is not liable for packages detained by customs.
What if my package is seized by customs?
If customs seizes your package, contact us. We will provide documentation to support the research nature of the shipment. Reshipment or refund is evaluated case-by-case.

Is my data secure?
We retain only the information necessary to fulfill your order. Order details are deleted 30 days after delivery confirmation. We do not share data with third parties. PGP encryption is available for sensitive communications — contact us for our public key.
Can I use PGP?
Yes. Our PGP public key is available upon request. We encourage PGP-encrypted communication for address details and sensitive inquiries.
